Burrack publishes two book chapters

Frederick Burrack, director of assessment, published two chapters, "The Development of Standards-Based Assessment in Music" and "Music Assessment in Higher Education," in Volume 1 of "The Oxford Handbook of Assessment Policy and Practice in Music Education," edited by Timothy Brophy.
The first volume of the Handbook emphasized international and theoretical perspectives on music education assessment. The two-volume set includes contributions from across the globe to provide authority on assessment, measurement, and evaluation of student learning in music.
