Week of Welcome fall 2019: Call for events

Is your college or department hosting an event during the first week of class in fall 2019? Would you like it to be included in Week of Welcome marketing? The Center for Student Involvement wants to help.
Any college or department planning an event for students during Week of Welcome 2019, Aug. 24-Sept. 1, is encouraged to submit their information via the Week of Welcome fall 2019 form.
Events submitted by May 31 may be promoted by Center for Student Involvement staff in June Orientation and Enrollment sessions to visiting students and families. The deadline to ensure an event is included in print marketing of the master schedule for Week of Welcome is July 12, after which submissions will only be displayed on the Week of Welcome website. The final date to submit an event is Aug. 16.
The Center for Student Involvement will host a Week of Welcome all-campus meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, in the Center for Student Involvement Conference Room, 114 K-State Student Union. All campus departments that anticipate hosting an activity are encouraged to send a representative to the meeting.
