Attend DMSA Family recognition event Sept. 25

The next Department of Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs Family Recognition Pinning Celebration will take place at 2 p.m. Sept. 25 in the Wildcat Chamber at the K-State Student Union. It will be co-hosted by the K-State Student Union.
The department is recognizing students, faculty and staff who embrace our ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusivity and thanking individuals for their efforts to make our multicultural students feel valued as a part of the K-State family. This is a ceremony that we will hold once each month to recognize all nominees for their positive contributions to the K-State community.
Nominations for future ceremonies can be made at the the DMSA website. Provide us with the name and email address of the person you are nominating, and write about 50 words about why they deserve a DMSA Family pin. All nominations are anonymous. This is not a competition or an award; we are simply thanking the K-State community for all that you do to promote diversity and inclusion. All nominees will receive a DMSA Family pin and thank-you note.
