Clark receives Rising Star Award
Jana Clark, audit manager at Kansas State University, has received the Rising Star Award from the Association of College and University Auditors.
The award recognizes an up-and-coming member who has made significant individual contributions in the areas of internal audit, compliance or risk management that furthers the mission of the Association of College and University Auditors. It is intended to spotlight, cultivate and recognize those developing the personal initiative and commitment to positively impact higher education auditing, which is essential to the association's continued success.
Clark has been an association member and volunteer for six years. She has assisted in planning the midyear and annual conferences. She recently became the program content committee director and will be responsible for the content and format of the revamped annual conference and Audit Interactive conferences. Clark has served as the distance learning director, a member of the conference host committee and contributor to College and University Auditor journal. She has also served as a proctor, track coordinator, conference presenter and webinar presenter.
