Winter Academic Advising Institute updates

Save the date for the annual K-State/NACADA Academic Advising Winter Institute, which is set for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at the Leadership Studies Building.
The Winter Institute will welcome Jeannie Brown Leonard, the inaugural vice provost for student success, and hear from a panel of speakers on supporting student success. Following the panel, participants will be able to attend two program sessions and then enjoy connecting with their peers during lunch, which will conclude the half-day workshop.
The planning committee encourages you to submit a program proposal for this year's institute. Program sessions will run concurrently for 50 minutes apiece. Please submit your program proposal by Dec. 13.
The Winter Institute is sponsored by the University Advising Committee and NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising, and is free and open to any member of the K-State community. Please register for the Winter Institute by Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020.
