Postal rate price increases
Central Mail Services announces the postal rate increases for 2020.
Central Mail Services' goal is to assist you with all of your mailing and shipping needs and to provide each department with the most cost-effective, and efficient mailing solutions. This information is intended to help departments understand and budget for mailing and shipping needs.
Like all businesses, the rising cost of operations for the USPS has resulted in a price increase for the postal mailing and shipping services that we all know and use. The postage rate increases were announced and approved by the Postal Regulatory Commission, effective Sunday, Jan. 26.

Other shipping vendors that Central Mail uses — FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, UPS and DHL — will experience price increases in 2020. These increased rates average approximately 4.9% between the vendors.
