Today: Webinar to advance first-generation student success
In collaboration with NASPA's Center for First-generation Student Success, the Office of First-generation Students will host a professional development webinar, "Partnering with parents and families of First-generation College students," from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, in the CSI Conference Room, 114 K-State Student Union.
Amy Baldwin, department of student transitions at the University of Central Arkansas, and Daphnee Rankin, Virginia Commonwealth University, will present the seminar.
For those who are able to stay until 1:30 p.m., a debrief session will follow the webinar.
