'Alternative Assessment Methods' to offer support for end of semester preparation
As faculty begin preparation for the end of the semester and final exams, K-State is offering support to those with questions on how to effectively measure student achievement in a remote teaching setting.
Facilitated by Brian Niehoff, Don Saucier, Laura Widenor and Katie Linder, the virtual event "Alternative Assessment Methods" will be offered twice next week: at 3:30 p.m. April 13 and at 10 a.m. April 16. The events will present a variety of assessment options available to faculty that effectively measure student learning, including online exams and other alternatives.
Both events will include the same information and will be recorded and captioned for those who can't attend.
