DMSA accepting applications for Joey Lee Garmon Scholarship
The Department of Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs is accepting applications for the Joey Lee Garmon Undergraduate Multicultural Student Scholarship and Joey Lee Garmon Undergraduate Scholarship for Social Justice.
The Joey Lee Garmon Undergraduate Multicultural Student Scholarship is directed at students who come from historically underrepresented groups. The Undergraduate Scholarship for Social Justice is directed at students with a strong record of social justice activism. Five total scholarships will be awarded: three Undergraduate Multicultural Student Scholarships and two Undergraduate Scholarships for Social Justice. Each award will be for $700.
The deadline is 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 26. Turn applications in at 224 Anderson Hall or email to Caitlyn Wells at caiwel@k-state.edu.
