Elein Hernandez to present Anatomy and Physiology Seminar
Elein Hernandez, associate professor in the surgery and clinical studies department at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, will present "On-farm euthanasia as an ethical dilemma for veterinarians: Poultry" at the next Anatomy and Physiology Seminar at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, via Zoom.
Hernandez is a veterinarian and animal welfare specialist with international experience on the application of scientific knowledge to improve animal welfare in practice.
She has completed specialized training in animal welfare in North America and Europe and collaborated in research projects focused on animal welfare in North America and Latin America.
