ADVANCE Distinguished Lecture Series presents Jill McGaughy

Dr. Jill McGaughy

The ADVANCE Distinguished Lecture Series and Bethany Plakke, assistant professor in the psychological sciences department, will host Jill McGaughy, professor in the psychology department at the University of New Hampshire. 

McGaughy will present "Cingulate Cortex in the Rat: Foraging for function among difficult, conflicting choices" at 3:30 p.m. today, April 5, via Zoom. Passcode: 619796

McGaughy studies cognitive control, prefrontal circuits and the impact of prenatal insults. She has numerous publications and NIH-funded projects. McGaughy is the president of the International Behavioral Neuroscience Society.
