Hybrid and remote work opportunities added to job advertisements

Submitted by Human Capital Services-Talent Acquisition Team

To enhance the university's recruiting efforts, departments now have the ability to promote flexible worksite options such as remote and/or hybrid eligibility on K-State Careers job advertisements. More information about this new feature can be found in the Talent Tip PDF.

The recruitment enhancement will benefit departments and colleges because candidates are actively seeking positions that offer flexible work arrangements. Colleges and departments are encouraged to evaluate remote work opportunities for appropriate positions and communicate directly with HCS liaisons or your Talent Acquisition Strategic Partner about exploring remote work options.

Beginning Oct. 3, all new requisitions will indicate the appropriate worksite option in the position announcement. If a position advertisement is active on K-State Careers and still accepting applications, it is possible to include the worksite option on the advertisement. Please consult your HCS liaison or Talent Acquisition Strategic Partner about specific positions.

We know this may raise some questions as you begin using this new feature, so we created an FAQ PDF page. Send additional questions to Kstatecareers@k-state.edu
