Fire extinguisher training dates for fall 2023

The Environmental Health and Safety Department suggests annual fire extinguisher training, WTD159, for all university employees.
Prior to attending this training session, you must complete HSI/Vivid's online course, fire extinguisher safety.
There is no charge to participants, but registration is necessary to ensure adequate seating and materials. Maximum attendance for each session is 15.
All sessions are held in the training room of the Physical Facilities Storage building on the following times and dates: 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12; 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26; 1–2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24; 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14; 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28; and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12.
Participants may register through HRIS self-service or send an email to Megan Eakin at learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu. When sending an email, please include your name, employee ID, course title WTD159 and date desired.
