Updates to Campus Creek and Bayberry Lane project
The new phase for the Campus Creek and Bayberry Lane project will begin on Tuesday, Oct. 31.
Starting on Oct. 31, the new concrete on Bayberry Lane and Campus Creek will be open for traffic. Ebert Construction will begin demolition of the north side of Campus Creek Road and will try to have the area paved by the end of next week. View the orange section of the map.
Ebert Construction will also start working on the upper end of Bayberry Lane by the new wall. The loading dock at Bluemont Avenue will remain open, but we will continue to work with building users, project managers and other contractors to notify them when it will be closed to prep for concrete.
