Grad Edge Leadership Development Program deadline extended
The Grad Edge: Leadership Development Program's application deadline has been extended to Dec. 11.
Grad Edge is a semesterlong program designed with the principles of shared exploration, self-reflection and application. K-State graduate students from all disciplines are welcome to apply for the spring 2024 Grad Edge: Leadership Development Program.
The program will give participants the opportunity to work with leadership faculty as well as peers to take on relevant leadership challenges. They'll also be able to apply concepts of adaptive leadership to help come up with solutions.
The program was developed by the Staley School of Leadership and the Graduate School to give graduate students opportunities to examine their leadership mindset, identify and leverage leadership strengths, build upon the capacity to work with and relate to others, and identify chances to be a source of change within and beyond their time at K-State.
