Ukrainian-American pianist to perform in All Faiths Chapel

Submitted by the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance

Angelina Gadeliya, assistant professor of piano at the University of Connecticut, will perform a solo piano recital at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 3, in All Faiths Chapel.

Gadeliya will perform compositions by Fryderyk Chopin, Maria Szymanowska and Valentin Silvestrov.

Gadeliya holds degrees from the Oberlin Conservatory, Mannes College, the Juilliard School, and a doctorate from Stony Brook University. As a solo pianist, she performed throughout the United States and in Canada, China, Mexico, Italy, Israel and Poland.
