Meet the Author series: Beth Bailey
The history department's Institute for Military History will host the second event of its new Meet the Author series at 4 p.m. Friday, March 29, in Room 306 of Calvin Hall.
Beth Bailey is a foundation distinguished professor at the University of Kansas whose work focuses on U.S. military history. She will discuss her recent award-winning book, "An Army Afire: How the U.S. Army Confronted Its Racial Crisis in the Vietnam Era."
