MMR (Measles, Mumps, & Rubella)

Two (2) doses of MMR or a lab report confirming immunity are required for all new students on the Manhattan campus. Upload all vaccination documentation to the myLAFENE+ portal via Medical Clearances.

To receive the MMR vaccine or complete lab work to confirm immunity at Lafene Health Center, please visit myLAFENE+ portal or call 785-532-6544 to schedule an appointment.

A vaccine waiver may be used in place of vaccination. The MMR waiver can be completed via the myLAFENE+ portal under Downloadable Forms.
