Alcohol Related Laws and Policies

It is against Kansas law for anyone under the age of 21 to possess, consume, obtain, or purchase alcohol or cereal malt beverage, except as authorized by law. Additionally, unlawful use, possession, or distribution of alcohol constitutes a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

However, the Lifeline 911 policy allows any student to seek immediate medical assistance for themselves or another person without sanctioning for violation of any university policy.
