Request Space
The purpose of the Leadership Studies Building is to serve as a classroom and educational facility. Although hosting meetings and events is allowed in the building, the primary use is a classroom facility.
Please view our general building policies (PDF) for more information. To reserve a space after 5 p.m., a Staley School of Leadership faculty representative must be present at your event.
The chart below describes what rooms are available to request a reservation. To identify the location of each room please view our floor plans (PDF).
Request a Space
To reserve a space, complete this request form. A staff member will confirm your reservation status via email.
Managing your event
While we’re delighted to offer our space for your use, please note that we do not have an event staff available to assist with managing or coordinating your event. We are happy to provide the venue and we can assist with tech support if you choose to use our tecnology in the spaces, but the planning, setup, and management of the event will be up to you. We are happy you are choosing our space for your gathering, and are confident you’ll be able to make your event a success.
Food and catering policy
Per University policy, all events that will have food of any kind must email a food preparation plan to the campus sanitarian, Dr. Ron Bridges, ronbrid@ksu.edu. Dr. Bridges will approve or deny your request for food in our building. Before we can reserve your room we will need you to forward his approval.
A food preparation plan must include:
- The menu
- Who is preparing the food
- How the food will be prepared
- Where it will be prepared
- Where it will be served and by whom
- How it will be cleaned up
- The time frame within which this will occur
