Responsibilities
As the Strengths Graduate Assistant, I coordinate Strengths Peer Coaching opportunities for undergraduates, assist in teaching the Strengths CAT Community, and lead Strengths development sessions for organizations and departments at K-State and in the Manhattan community. I am passionate about helping students and teams discover their strengths and leverage them in ways which energize them and enhance their work.
