We support leadership educators and developers everywhere by sharing practices that are relevant to today's dynamic world.

Designing meaningful, culturally-relevant learning and development experiences is leadership. We study evidence-based practices that develop leadership mindset, identity and practice. We advance the scholarship of teaching and learning, and we develop innovative approaches to educational and community-based research through our academic programs, organizational initiatives and community partnerships.
