Fulbright Summer Institute

Award Details

The US-UK Fulbright Commission offers special Summer Institutes for US citizens to participate in a three to six week academic and cultural summer program in the UK. Participants in these programs will get an opportunity to experience an exciting academic program at a highly regarded UK University, explore the culture, heritage, and history of the UK and develop their academic ability by improving presentation, research, and communication skills.

Eligibility

• U.S. Citizens, at least 18 years of age
• Undergraduate students in first or second year; must intend to return to home institution to complete bachelor’s degree
• GPA of 3.7 or higher and otherwise demonstrated academic achievement
• Little or no experience traveling or studying outside of the U.S.
