Hannah Andringa Deliberative, Futuristic, Relator, Adaptability, Individualization My current hometown is Ellsworth, Kansas, but was born in Abilene, Texas and raised in Summerville, South Carolina. I am majoring in Agricultural Economics with a secondary major in Global Food Systems Leadership, a minor in Leadership Studies, and a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership. I would love to work in ag policy or teach at K-State. The strength I have used most at K-State has been Futuristic which helped me when I was unsure of my path forward as a student. This strength serves as a reminder to keep going, and for my Disney fans, "there is a great big, beautiful tomorrow shining at the end of every day!" |
Sarah Hemenway Relator, Input, Intellection, Command, Consistency I am a junior from Liberty, Missouri, studying English Literature. I have minors in leadership and classical studies, a certificate in nonprofit leadership, and I am pre-law. I love peer coaching because it is a great way to learn more about yourself through a strengths lens. Knowing and understanding strengths as a student is so important. When you know your strengths, you can utilize them in anything from a class project to achieving post-grad goals! |

I decided to become a Strengths Peer Coach because I once struggled with understanding what my Strengths were, and the CliftonStrengths Assessment helped me realize those strengths and how I can apply them in my career.
