The Technology Development Institute works with businesses of all sizes, from entrepreneur-owned organizations to Fortune 500 companies. It provides a team of experts as well as student interns to advise in engineering, product design, manufacturing and business.
Building offices
History
Industries served by the Technology Development Institute include manufacturing, transportation, aerospace, consumer products, agriculture, food, chemicals, plastics, bioprocessing, equipment and machinery. It also assists in cooperative research between companies and K-State faculty members and operates a regional office for the Mid-America Manufacturing Technology Center (MAMTC), which provides technical assistance to regional manufacturing companies.
