Police seek information about overturned Steinway piano on campus

MANHATTAN — The Kansas State University Police Department is investigating an overturned Steinway grand piano in the All Faiths Chapel on the K-State Manhattan campus. The piano was reported to be damaged sometime between 9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, and 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4.
Damage to the Steinway piano continues to be assessed.
Police say the investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call 785-532-6412. Confidential tips also can be reported through the Silent Witness Program or through the LiveSafe smartphone app.
