K-STATE'S ENGINEERING CAREER FAIR TO LINK STUDENTS WITH MORE THAN 80 EMPLOYERS
MANHATTAN -- More than 80 companies will be visiting Kansas State University Tuesday, Feb. 9, to recruit engineering students for full-time and internship positions. The Engineering Career Fair will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the K-State Student Union.
Companies attending the fair include Black and Veatch, Cerner Corporation, ExxonMobil, Garmin International, Koch Industries Incorporated and Affiliates, Perceptive Software, Wal-Mart and more.
Several of the companies also will have select interviews the next day, Wednesday, Feb. 10, on the second floor of the K-State Student Union.
For the fair, students should bring multiple copies of their resume, dress in appropriate business attire and come prepared to schedule a next-day interview. They also are encouraged to research employers they want to visit with by checking out the fair's Web site at http://www.k-state.edu/ces/students/cfengineeringcareerfair.htm
