Find a job, make new career connections at the Agri-Industry Career Fair
MANHATTAN -- Kansas State University students seeking a job or internship in the agricultural industry don't have to go far to start their search.
More than 65 businesses, agencies and organizations will be on campus 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, to discuss jobs and internships with students at the university's Agri-Industry Career Fair. The fair will take place in the K-State Student Union Ballroom.
Representatives from various agricultural sectors will be on hand to discuss opportunities in finance, communications, livestock, food production, research, animal health, agronomy and horticulture. Companies and agencies to be represented include: Koch Industries, Hemisphere GPS, PepsiCo, Animal Health International, Archer Daniels Midland, Rosehill Gardens, Pioneer Hi-Bred International and many more.
Students are encouraged to wear business professional or business casual attire and bring several copies of their resume.
The annual fair is sponsored by K-State's career and employment services and the College of Agriculture.
