MANHATTAN — Kansas State University's K-State Theatre will present the madcap comedy "Anton in Show Business" by Jane Martin at 7:30 p.m. April 3-5 in East Stadium's Purple Masque Theatre.
This play follows three actresses across the footlights, down the rabbit hole and into a strangely familiar wonderland that looks a lot like American theatre. "Anton in Show Business" is a look at the joys, pains and absurdities of putting on a play at the turn of the century.
Tickets are $7 for the general public, seniors and military, and $4 for students, plus tax. They can be purchased in person at the McCain Auditorium box office 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or by phone at 785-532-6428. Fees will apply to phone orders.
