Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society selects new members

MANHATTAN -- High academic achievement in the study of business has earned 23 Kansas State University students induction into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business programs accredited by the Association to Advance College Schools of Business.
The university's College of Business Administration is accredited by the association.
Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest scholastic honor a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a program accredited by the association. Beta Gamma Sigma encourages and honors academic achievement in the study of business. It is committed to its founding principles and values of honor, integrity, pursuit of wisdom and earnestness. The honor society also supports the advancement of business thought and practice in order to promote lifelong learning.
Faculty adviser to the university's chapter of Beta Sigma Gamma is Peter Mudrack, associate professor of management.
New members include:
Clayton Biggerstaff, senior in general business administration, Arkansas City; Melissa Duff, senior in general business administration, Chanute; Brock Bebermeyer, senior in marketing, Clay Center; Kate Lock, junior in accounting, Dodge City; Wendy Gorman, master's student in business administration, Fort Scott.
From Greater Kansas City: Anthony Smith, master's student in accounting, Leawood; Suhani Gandhi, junior in accounting, and Kayla Rowton, junior in management information systems, both from Olathe; and Ethan Levine, senior in accounting, Overland Park.
Chance Berndt, junior in marketing, Herington; Kara Stucky, senior in marketing, Hutchinson; Nick Moeder, senior in finance and accounting, La Crosse.
