Division of Financial Services operations update
The Division of Financial Services is open for business. Here is additional information about conducting business with the Division of Financial Services:
- The division’s primary systems have been restored. These include the Financial Information System, or FIS; K-State Student Information System, or KSIS; and the Electronic Payment Routing System, or E-Forms.
- Purchasing forms are now available through E-Forms. Please contact the Purchasing Office at 785-532-6214 if you have questions concerning the status of a previously submitted form.
- The Emergency Payment Voucher, which was created for payment processing during the system interruption, is no longer available. Emergency Payment Vouchers submitted to BPC@k-state.edu prior to June 4 will be processed. Please submit new payment requests through E-Forms as usual. Contact BPC@k-state.edu if you have questions concerning the status of a previously submitted emergency payment voucher.
- The Business Procurement Card Statement, which closed June 1, is available at the UMB site for review and payment document completion.

The Division of Financial Services will be making every effort to quickly check-in, route and process existing payment requests through E-Forms/Decisions and FIS. Please notify the office if you have questions concerning the status of forms and are unable to determine their status in E-Forms.
