Litigation update
The following is provided as background information about the civil court cases filed against K-State by Sara Weckhorst and Tessa Farmer. These cases were dismissed by the plaintiffs on Nov. 26, 2019. K-State provided no monetary payment or other form of compensation to either plaintiff.
