HOW TO: Change the presentation thumbnail
Mediasite automatically applies a default thumbnail to all presentations, usually the first frame of the video, but it is possible to change the thumbnail to an image you have on your computer, like the title slide of your PowerPoint presentation.
-
From within the list of presentations in your My Mediasite portal, select name of the presentation for which you wish to change the thumbnail image. A summary of the presentation will appear.
-
Select Edit Details from the right column. Options for editing the presentation details will appear.
-
Select the Delivery tab.
-
Under Presentation Thumbnail, choose Select a File.
-
From the image files on your computer, choose your desired image and select Open.
-
Select Save.
Create a new thumbnail image
Create a thumbnail miage either from your Mediasite presentation or from your PowerPoint.
