Hussnain Mukhtar

Hussnain Mukhtar is a biogeochemist with a specialization in soil and aquatic systems. Holding a Master's degree from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand and a Ph.D. from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, he has significantly contributed to the field through the publication of over 25 papers in soil biogeochemistry and bio electrochemistry. Presently, as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, he focuses on groundbreaking research that evaluates the responses of the rhizosphere microbiome to diversified maize cultivation under various nitrogen regimes. This innovative work not only advances scientific knowledge but also contributes to more sustainable agricultural practices, offering valuable insights into pollution mitigation and climate change.
