Formal Observations
As a developing teacher, it is important to have multiple professionals watching for growth and giving feedback. These formal observations which occurred throughout the year allowed me the chance to receive not just comments but an overall rating on my teaching. These observations required me to be my best and find that even then there was room for improvement. Even the best teachers always have room for improvement, and the best way to find out where they can do so is to allow an outside professional to observe them and give them feedback.
