Don’t be caught off guard by Kansas weather

Join the K-State Library for a session on how to prepare for various types of weather in Kansas from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 407 Hale Library. This training will be conducted by Kansas Mesonet and is part of K-State Libraries’ Community Safety Talks, a series aimed at promoting a safe environment for everyone.

Please register for this severe weather awareness training session.

This training is available to all K-State students, faculty and staff, as well as members of the surrounding community. Professional development credit will be offered to all faculty and staff who attend. Coffee will be provided, courtesy of Joyce and Joe's Cornerstone Café.

The last Community Safety Talk of the spring semester will be Green Bandana Training at 11 a.m. on May 1, 407 Hale Library, presented by THRIVE Navigators.

The Community Safety Talks series is made possible in collaboration with K-State’s Libraries, Housing and Dining Services, the K-State Police Department, Powercat Financial, Kansas Mesonet, the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and THRIVE Navigators.
