Kansas State University News and Communications Services staff members work daily with the campus community to publicize all aspects of the university through media outreach, internal communications, digital news and social media

We consult with campus offices, schools and departments to promote professors, student achievements, programs, research and events to external audiences and the news media. Our contacts include both traditional and new media. Priorities for news coverage are based on Next Gen K-State, the university's strategic plan. We monitor K-State news coverage in print and electronic media.
