Movies on the Grass Film Series
Amnesty International Group 254 is a proud co-sponsor of a new, free outdoor film and discussion series. Movies on the Grass offers new and returning students an opportunity to engage in contemporary issues, while socializing on the attractive Coffman Commons, south of Hale Library. The following films will be shown free of charge Sunday evenings at 7:30 from September 11 – October 16 on a 26’ wide outdoor projection system provided by Lawn-Chair Theater, Inc. In addition, a raffle will be held during the series that pays for student travel to a foreign county with a K-State affiliated program.
