Purchase permits, plan for your visit and see all rules and regulations for parking at Kansas State University.
- Enjoy flexible summer parking across campus! You can use most lots across campus, regardless of your permit type. However, please remember that a valid permit is still required.
- New phased parking permit pricing to take effect July 1.
- Between June and August, several parking lots will be resurfaced or maintained. Learn more.
- The HonkMobile parking app has replaced ParkMobile and is now the official mobile parking app for the K-State campus. ParkMobile is no longer available for use on campus.
- Parking meters on the Manhattan campus transition to cashless payments.
- Your license plate serves as your parking permit and must be visible from the drive lane. Vehicles without a front license plate may not back into or pull through parking spaces. Front plates are available from Parking Services for $6. Front license plates cannot be posted in a window; they must be affixed to the front bumper.
Parking Permits
Students, faculty and staff can order a permit in the Parking Portal. Please be sure to have your vehicle make, model and license plate number ready when ordering. Students must be enrolled and have their housing arrangements in place before ordering a permit. A confirmation email is sent after the online process is completed.
