Phi Lambda Upsilon at K-State
Welcome to the website of the Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Phi Lambda Upsilon (PLU), an honorary society for graduate students in chemistry. PLU is very active in the Chemistry Department at Kansas State University. Each year, PLU hosts a welcome picnic for new graduate students in the department, an annual awards banquet, and a special PLU seminar. PLU also supports its members with travel grants to attend conferences. PLU recognizes graduate and undergraduate students with a variety of awards. In addition, PLU supports a variety of projects that enhance the department. More information about membership is available here.
PLU Banquet
The annual PLU awards banquet will be held in the K-State Alumni Center on Thursday, April 11, 2024. Award recipients for year 2023/2024 will be announced at the banquet.
