KSU Budget and More
The Kansas Legislature met for a record-breaking 114-day session – the longest in Kansas history. At the conclusion of the session, Kansas State University came away with a flat budget. The president of Kansas State says despite receiving no budget increases, he is pleased with the result. In addition, the K-State Radio Network’s Richard Baker says although student numbers dropped this fall for the first in a long time, the president says two efforts received money to better the student experience at the university.
