Kansas State University and the Legislature

In his State of the State address Governor Sam Brownback is proposing a flat budget for institutions of higher learning in Kansas. According to Dr. Kirk Schulz, the president of Kansas State University, the proposal is not only for a flat budget, but for a flat budget for the next two years. The K-State Radio Network’s Richard Baker talked with President Schulz about the proposed budget.
