Budget Cuts for KSU

The 2015 Kansas Legislature has been in its 2015 session for over a month. When lawmakers started their work, Kansas State University saw a proposal from the governor that would keep the university’s budget flat, however, that did not happen. The K-State Radio Network’s Richard Baker talks with the president of Kansas State about just what that means.
