One of the problems Kansas State University has faced for many years is its infrastructure needs. Obviously, as one drives around campus, the university’s Athletic Department is making great strides. But, university president, Kirk Schulz, says the rest of campus also needs to be making progress. The K-State Radio Network’s Richard Baker has this report.
