The Possibility of More State Cuts
Kansas State University was hit hard financially by the 2016 legislative session, and now the powers-to-be in Topeka seem to be looking at the possibility of another five percent budget cut. K-State’s Interim President, Richard Myers, says the way he understands the situation is that it is a budget drill…in other words, what would those involved do if there were more cuts? The K-State Radio Network’s Richard Baker has more.
