Academic Affairs and Innovation serves the academic enterprise by leading academic affairs, faculty affairs, the Center for Academic Innovation, and the Teaching and Learning Center.

Data, Assessment and Institutional Research (DAIR) is comprised of multiple cross-functional teams developing and implementing the institutional data strategy to transform the culture of using institutional data assets. Partnering with academic and service units, DAIR cultivates the use of data and analytics to enrich institutional knowledge for decision-making and planning by gathering, analyzing, and presenting institutional, external and survey data.

The Division of Academic Success and Student Affairs is responsible for supporting the academic success and personal development of students inside and outside the classroom by focusing on our students' academic and career engagement, their sense of belonging and inclusion, their holistic well-being, and how they experience and build community. The Vice President for Academic Success and Student Affairs and Dean of Students also reports to the President.

The Vice Provost for Enrollment Management leads the university enrollment management program and services (including domestic and international student recruitment, admissions, financial aid, registration, and transfer enrollment) and engages university leaders and stakeholders in aligning enrollment services and implementing a multi-year comprehensive strategic enrollment management (SEM) strategy that engages prospective students from Kansas, country-wide, and internationally.

The Office of International Programs (OIP) is responsible for strengthening communication and coordination among Kansas State University's many international programs, achieving identified strategic planning goals for the university's further internationalization and providing a focal point for external international contacts.
