Budget Model Review Teams

The Budget Model Review initiative is led by two teams: The Budget Model Executive Team, and the Budget Model Steering Committee. The steering committee will work with our consulting partners to evaluate the university’s current hybrid RCM budget model and provide recommendations to the executive team for updating the model to in support of the university's vision. Recommendations will ensure a budget model design that operates effectively across multiple campuses, locations, and with complex revenue streams.
