Report Discrimination, Harassment or Sexual Harassment
Kansas State University will maintain academic, housing, and work environments that are free of discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment and sexual violence), and retaliation.
The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) responds to reports and complaints or concerns about discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, ethnic or national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, ancestry, disability, genetic information and military or veteran status. OIE also responds to complaints of retaliation, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking.
If an investigation is warranted, an Administrative Review Team (ART) prepares a complaint, informs the accused, interviews witnesses and obtains relevant documents, decides whether a policy violation has occurred, and recommends appropriate sanctions and corrective actions, if necessary.
To start an initial review process for any concern of discrimination, harassment or sexual harassment, complete the online form below or contact the Office of Institutional Equity at 785-532-6220 or equity@ksu.edu.
