Alice approaches risk management from a market, communications and strategic lens. During her current and previous academic and consulting roles, she has conducted market research, assessed market opportunities, evaluated business concept feasibility, recommended marketing strategies and developed industry needs assessments.
Much of her career's work has focused on collaborating with food production businesses to determine the viability of adopting vertical, or horizontal, integration into their business models and planning their strategic marketing efforts. Her research interests include strategy, integrated marketing communications, financial analysis and project management.
