Charudatta Phadke

Charudatta Phadke, a talented and dedicated tabla player, started learning at a very tender age. His initial training was under the guidance of guru Majgaokar and Rajaram Jadhav in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. He has further enhanced his art, since the last 14 years, under the expert guidance of Pundit Suresh Talwalkar.

 His talent has been appreciated not only in India but also in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other European countries.

He has been honored by various awards. He has accompanied a wide gamut of artists like Pt. Suresh Talwalkar, Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar, Pt. Birju Maharaj, Ustad Shahid Parvez, and Pandita Rohini Bhate for different concerts. He has been a part of and promotes several projects like the World Peace Project.

Since the year 2000 he is a member of the MUSIC ENSEMBLE OF BENARES.
